Delivered through progressive levels (Foundation → Lead Implementer → Lead Auditor, plus Transition where required), these programmes build practical capability to strengthen OH&S governance, integrate risk control into operations, and improve audit readiness across high-risk and multi-site environments. What You’ll Learn?
Interpret and apply ISO 45001 requirements using a structured management system approach across Clauses 4–10 (context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement). PECB+1
Strengthen competence in hazard identification, OH&S risk assessment, and applying prevention controls aligned to operational realities. PECB+1
Build governance capability for legal and other requirements, worker participation, competence management, communication, and documented information control. PECB+1
Implement operational controls including change management, contractor control, procurement influence, and emergency preparedness principles within an OH&S MS structure. PECB+1
Develop audit competence to plan, conduct, report, and close OH&S audits, applying recognised audit principles and practices and managing audit programmes/teams (Lead Auditor pathway). PECB+1
Strengthen improvement capability through nonconformity control, corrective action, and continual improvement disciplines embedded in the OH&S MS cycle. PECB+1
