This course equips managers, supervisors, procurement teams, project leaders, and HSE professionals to establish and operate a robust contractor management system—from selection and onboarding through work planning, site control, performance monitoring, and close-out. The programme focuses on practical governance, evidence-based oversight, and disciplined control of high-risk work—ensuring contractor activities meet organisational standards and regulatory expectations.

- Fractures, Sprains, Strains, and Safe Casualty Support
- Medical Emergencies: Asthma, Seizures, Heart-Related Symptoms, Diabetes, Allergic Reaction/Anaphylaxis (Awareness + Response)
- Documentation, Incident Reporting, and Effective Handover to Emergency Services
- Practical Scenario Assessment and Skills Verification
