Home > Terms of Service
Effective date: 06 February 2026
Last updated: 06 February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ECHSE website, learning
management system (LMS), training services, digital content, communications channels, and any
related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms.
- “ECHSE,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Excellence College of Health & Safety Engineering.
- “Learner,” “you,” “your”: any person who accesses the Services, registers interest, enrols, attends training, or uses learning resources.
- “Programme”: any course, qualification, certification, workshop, corporate training, or related learning service offered or delivered by ECHSE.
- “Content”: all materials provided by ECHSE, including text, videos, slides, handbooks, quizzes, assignments, templates, and downloadable resources.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms; and
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during enquiries, registration, enrolment, and certification processes. ECHSE may refuse access or cancel enrolment if information is false, misleading, or incomplete.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian (where permitted by law).
ECHSE provides training and education services, which may include:
- classroom, live virtual, blended, and LMS-based learning;
- assessments (exams/assignments/practical evaluations) where applicable;
- digital certificates and verification support (where offered);
- learner support and academic guidance within published service levels.
No guarantee of outcomes: Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, visa/immigration outcomes, or acceptance by any external body unless explicitly stated in official programme documentation.
If you create an account (including LMS access), you agree to:
- keep credentials confidential and secure;
- not share your account or allow others to access it;
- notify ECHSE promptly of any unauthorised access or security concerns.
ECHSE may suspend accounts to protect learners, systems, or the integrity of assessments.
Where fees apply:
- fees, instalments (if offered), and payment timelines are communicated before enrolment;
- you are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes applicable to your payment;
- access to Services (including results/certificates where permitted) may be withheld until payments are confirmed and cleared.
Refund eligibility depends on the programme type, delivery mode, and timing of your cancellation. Where a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy is published on the ECHSE website, that policy forms part of these Terms.
If no separate policy is published, the following baseline rules apply (unless programme-specific terms state otherwise):
- Before programme start: ECHSE may allow a refund or transfer, subject to administrative deductions and published conditions.
- After programme start / access granted: fees are generally non-refundable, especially where digital access, materials, or sessions have been delivered.
- Transfers: ECHSE may allow batch/date transfers subject to availability and administrative conditions.
- No-shows/late arrivals: may be treated as attendance and may not qualify for refund/transfer.
ECHSE reserves the right to reschedule sessions, change trainers, modify delivery methods, or adjust timetables for operational reasons while maintaining learning outcomes.
You agree to comply with:
- published programme requirements (attendance, participation, practical activities);
- safety instructions during practical sessions;
- classroom/LMS etiquette and respectful communication standards.
ECHSE may remove a learner from a session for disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
Where a programme includes assessment:
- assessment requirements and pass criteria are communicated in advance;
- results may be subject to internal checks and quality assurance;
- certificates are issued only after successful completion of requirements and verification steps.
Identity verification: ECHSE may require ID checks for exams, certification, and verification services.
Withholding results/certificates: ECHSE may withhold outcomes in cases of suspected malpractice, identity issues, policy breaches, or outstanding payments (where permitted).
ECHSE maintains strict standards for academic integrity. You must not:
- impersonate another learner or allow someone to impersonate you;
- cheat in exams, share answers, or use unauthorised materials;
- submit plagiarised work or misrepresent authorship;
- engage in collusion where not permitted;
- use AI tools dishonestly where originality is required (unless explicitly allowed).
ECHSE may apply sanctions including: warnings, re-assessment, failure, suspension, cancellation of enrolment, and/or cancellation of certification (as applicable). Serious cases may be reported to relevant authorities or external bodies where required.
