Prevent foodborne illness through validated controls and effective monitoring.
Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygienic design.
Manage packaging, storage, transport, and cold-chain integrity.
Control allergens and comply with labelling regulations.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality control; trend and act on data.
Lead crisis management and emergency response in food safety incidents.
